Our client is recruiting a proactive and commercially minded Customer Experience & Sales Advisor to join their team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This is a customer‑facing role with a strong sales focus, supporting enquiries and bookings across training and medical services.

The role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience while converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and building long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently via phone and email
  • Treating every enquiry as a sales opportunity, aiming to secure bookings at first point of contact
  • Actively upselling relevant courses and services and applying incentives where appropriate
  • Following up on non‑converted enquiries to maximise booking rates
  • Proactively managing course fill rates, encouraging take‑up from self‑funded clients
  • Contacting customers ahead of training expiry dates to secure refresher bookings and repeat business
  • Identifying and escalating potential new business opportunities where appropriate

Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Providing accurate advice on course content, medical services, pricing, prerequisites, and availability
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Attending meetings when required and supporting the wider customer experience function

Operations & Administration

  • Accurately processing training, medical, and accommodation bookings
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, sales orders, and customer interactions
  • Liaising with internal teams to confirm availability, pricing, and new course requests
  • Keeping knowledge up to date across all services offered

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service background with a sales‑focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple enquiries
  • Professional, collaborative, and commercially aware
