Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established architectural practice based in Birmingham. The studio is expanding and bringing its expertise to new projects across the Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Education, and Industrial sectors, with a strong focus on design quality, innovation, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.

• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations.

• Participate in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.

• Engage in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.

• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports.

• Support the team in researching materials, products, and design trends.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).

• Proficiency in design software such as Revit.

• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• A keen interest in sustainable design practices.
