The Role – Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in building and growing client relationships. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where your focus will be on delivering value and guiding clients on their IT journey.

You’ll be:

• Developing and nurturing long-term client partnerships
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and new clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions and strategic guidance
• Working closely with a collaborative team, celebrating wins and driving success together

About You: Key Account Manager

• Experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
