Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Aztrum are pleased to announce that will be partnering with a forward thinking, industrial driven Architectural practice, based in Birmingham. My client is looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Part 1 Architectural Assistant to provide ongoing support and benefit to the Data Centre team. 

Key Responsibilities for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role:

• Support senior architects in the preparation of drawings, models, and presentations 
• Assist with design development and feasibility studies 
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients 
• Research materials, products, and construction techniques 
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards 
• Contribute to design meetings and reviews

Key Requirements for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit experience. 
• Data Centre / Site feasibility experience desired
• RIBA stage 2-3 experience
