The Role

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team, ensuring deals are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to account managers.
  • Manage deals from initial quote through to payout.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is submitted for credit approval.
  • Prepare and check lease and finance documentation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams to progress proposals.
  • Maintain regular communication with all parties throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Upload and maintain accurate data on internal systems in line with GDPR.
  • Carry out pre-underwriting checks including credit searches where required.
  • Chase accepted proposals to ensure timely payout.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Support daily payout administration and activation of finance agreements.
  • Complete final payment steps including remittances and welcome packs.
  • Load completed deals onto in-life systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration or asset finance (desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases.
  • Good understanding of data accuracy and compliance.
  • Able to manage workload and priorities effectively.
  • Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude.
