 £45,000–£55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)

We’re working with a fast-growing and highly regarded Managed Service Provider that delivers tailored IT solutions to businesses across the UK and internationally. With expertise spanning managed IT support, cloud infrastructure, cyber security, Microsoft solutions, networking, and IT lifecycle services, they have built a strong reputation for their consultative approach, technical excellence, and customer-first service.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their expanding commercial team in Uxbridge.

The Role: Account Manager – Managed IT Services

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue across managed IT, cloud, and cyber security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing business clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, cloud, cyber security, and Microsoft solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Carry out regular account reviews to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to provide strategic, tailored solutions
  • Support wider business growth through proactive account development and strong commercial awareness

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management within an MSP, IT services, or technology solutions environment
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cyber security offerings
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts strategically and effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
