Key responsibilities

• Drive the recruitment lifecycle across permanent posts.
• Partner with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and develop lawful, values-led and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Develop your personal brand and advertising that appeal to target candidate markets.
• Create and maintain passive and proactive talent pipelines and candidate networks for future open positions.
• Develop new business opportunities and create partnerships with sector specific clients.
• Uphold brand by providing a candidate experience that is easy to navigate and customer focussed.
• Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on interview processes and industry expectation.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure successful business wins

Does this sound like you?

• Must have a minimum of 12 months experience working within agency.
• Confident, determined approach, however open to support and development.
• Motivated to succeed through financial rewards.
• Technical aptitude would be beneficial.
• Passionate, driven and great personality.
• Previous experience within an engineering discipline would be advantageous.
• Has a good understanding of the sales recruitment process.
