Architectural Technician
Glasgow
Up to £45,000 DOE

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Glasgow, who are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a Technician to contribute to a range of projects, supporting schemes from technical design through to completion within a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Assist in the technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction drawing packages
• Support project teams in meeting programme deadlines and deliverables
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
• Prepare and submit building regulations and construction information
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and construction issues

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Good technical detailing and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
