Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

Aztrum is excited to be working with a well-established architectural practice based in Birmingham, currently looking to add a skilled Architectural Technologist to their growing team. With projects spanning the Commercial, Education, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high-profile developments. For this role, we're seeking candidates with solid experience in the Commercial, Education, or Industrial sectors who can contribute both technically and creatively to a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Create precise technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and other CAD/BIM software.
• Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop practical, buildable, and efficient design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and surveys, monitor construction activities, and ensure alignment with building regulations and the original design intent.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to address technical issues and support seamless project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience needed for this Architectural Technologist role:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
• Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.
