The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
• Experience handling a wide range of planning issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects
• A proactive and motivated approach, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality work and building lasting client relationships

Responsibilities:

• Providing expert commercial planning advice to clients
• Preparing high-quality reports and planning submissions
• Managing and liaising with technical consultants
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Engaging proactively with local planning authorities and key stakeholders
• Representing client interests throughout the planning process
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Rugby office
