We’re seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding new business revenue and nurturing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: New Business Account Manager

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking)
• Build and manage a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline
• Qualify prospects and support broader business development strategies
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to uncover client needs and present tailored solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
