Key Languages:

Native level of German

Full Professional Level of English or Spanish 

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for reactivating existing customers’ interest in target products and services that feature in the current marketing campaign

  • Calling existing or inactive customers to present new products, sending technical information and following-up

  • Detecting and promoting customers’ interest in products and services

  • Reporting any detected sales opportunities to the commercial division for closing

  • Reporting findings and updated information into the CRM database

Core Skills/experience:

  • Previous experience in a B2B environment

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales/ account management position

  • Native German is essential since you will work for the German market

  • A high level of English or Spanish is also a must for corporate language. 

  • Good computer skills and comfortable using Office
