Our client is an award-winning provider of data protection, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and managed IT services, recognised as a leader in safeguarding businesses across the UK. As they continue to experience significant growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Manager to lead their sales function from their London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT sales leader who thrives on winning new business, developing high-performing teams and playing a key role in a company's next stage of growth.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the entire sales function, leading the full sales cycle while driving revenue growth across both new and existing accounts. You'll also mentor and develop the Account Management team, strengthen key vendor partnerships and help shape the company's long-term commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
  • Drive growth across new business opportunities and existing customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distribution partners
  • Coach, develop and motivate the Account Management team to achieve ambitious targets
  • Contribute to the company's ongoing commercial growth strategy

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 5 years' experience in IT, MSP or technology sales
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • The flexibility to travel nationally when required
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
