Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate customer interest
• Proactively generate leads aligned with marketing campaigns
• Introduce new products via phone and follow up with information materials
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments

Core Skills/experience:

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales or similar B2B/B2C roles; career changers are welcome
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Residence in Barcelona area
• Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (B2/C1); Spanish is a plus
