The Company

My client is a highly regarded, independent consultancy operating across the built environment, infrastructure and sustainability sectors. As an employee-owned firm, the business places a strong emphasis on collaboration, long-term thinking and shared success, rather than short-term targets.

  • Building trusted, long-term client relationships

Leadership & Management

  • Line management, mentoring and development of junior and mid-level consultants
  • Overseeing workload planning, quality assurance and technical standards
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of the air quality discipline

About You

  • Strong consultancy background in air quality
  • Proven experience delivering and reviewing complex projects
  • Comfortable balancing technical delivery with commercial responsibility
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff (or ready to step into this level)
  • Confident communicator with clients and multidisciplinary teams

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £60,000, dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working from London, Bristol or Manchester (3 days a week)
  • The benefits of employee ownership, including shared success and long-term stability
  • Clear progression pathways to senior leadership / director level
  • High-quality, varied project exposure across multiple sectors
  • Supportive, technically strong and people-focused culture
