Job Title: Architectural Technician 

Location: Bristol 

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

Aztrum has partnered with a reputable practice who are seeking an architectural technician to join their team. This is a full-time position offering flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and the chance to contribute to a wide variety of exciting projects across the Residential, Care Home Education, Commercial, and Heritage sectors.

Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Leading and coordinating education projects at all stages
• Creating detailed working and tender drawings
• Submitting planning and building regulation applications
• Conducting site surveys and visits to ensure compliance
• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Strong experience in a UK-based practice
• Proven experience in the education sector
• Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with UK Building Regulations
• Strong design and technical detailing abilities
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident in job running and project management
