We're working with an established SME consultancy to find an Energy Modeller for their Surrey office, with a focus on commercial projects.

The business is growing, with plans to open a new Central London office within the next 12 months, offering a genuine opportunity to be part of that expansion and future career development.

Responsibilities:

• Producing energy models and assessments across a range of commercial projects
• Carrying out NDEA (Non-Domestic Energy Assessment) and building performance modelling
• Using IES (Virtual Environment) to support design decisions and compliance
• Advising design teams on energy efficiency, overheating and sustainability strategies
• Preparing supporting documentation for planning and Building Regulations submissions
• Liaising with clients, architects and engineers throughout the design process

About you:

• Experience as an Energy Modeller, ideally with NDEA accreditation
• Proficient in IES (Virtual Environment)
• Strong understanding of commercial building services and sustainability principles
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider design team
• Good communication skills, confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
