Key Responsibilities for this BIM Coordinator role:
• Support the setup and organisation of BIM workflows across live projects
• Assist project teams in delivering coordinated models and drawing outputs
• Provide day-to-day support for Revit users, resolving technical issues
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM standards and protocols
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, templates, and guidance materials
• Assist in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with BIM processes
• Support teams in managing and maintaining project data within the CDE
• Participate in staff onboarding and BIM-related training initiatives
Requirements for this BIM Coordinator role:
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Understanding of BIM processes and project workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot and support technical issues within project teams
• Familiarity with project data management and coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
