The Role- New Business Account Manager

We are seeking a commercially driven New Business Account Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing long-term client relationships.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you will engage with senior decision-makers, uncover operational challenges, and present tailored IT solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities- New Business Account Manager

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and contribute to broader business development initiatives
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience

About You- New Business Account Manager

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated


  • Strong communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships
