The business is growing, and they need an experienced administrator to take full ownership of their accreditations and keep the office and compliance side running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Accreditations and compliance

  • Helping out across the office during quieter periods, including reports, site files and correspondence

What you'll need

  • Around 2 years' experience managing business accreditations, including at least one full annual renewal cycle (Constructionline and/or SafeContractor experience is a big advantage)
  • Experience with internal audits and compliance record keeping
  • A background in administration, ideally within construction, maintenance or a contractor environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several deadlines at once
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Comfortable working on your own initiative once settled in
