Location: Brighton (Hybrid / Remote Flexibility)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to fuel new business growth and build long-term client partnerships.
In this consultative role, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how tailored technology solutions can add real value. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional looking to accelerate their career within the tech sector and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities via calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage a robust, healthy sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and contribute to wider business development initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact through to deal close
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Highly target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
- Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Ambitious, eager to develop, and thrive in a high-performance environment
