First Time Recruitment is an ambitious recruitment consultancy, known for its innovative use of technology in the recruitment sector. We're currently expanding our team and looking for dynamic Self-Employed Sales Consultants.

About the Role

This is a flexible, remote role with uncapped earning potential. You'll manage your own diary, generate leads, conduct sales calls, and oversee the successful onboarding of freelance recruitment consultants onto our cutting-edge FTR platform. We will provide full training on our tech stack and the onboarding process, along with access to our social media channels. Leads generated by us will also be passed on to you to pursue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and pursue leads to promote our tech stack offering
  • Conduct sales calls with potential freelance recruitment consultants
  • Successfully onboard new consultants onto the FTR platform
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and consultants
  • Contribute to the growth of our professional network

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably within a tech environment
  • Results-driven approach and engaging personality
  • Excellent communication skills; training and onboarding experience preferable
  • Minimum education: GCSE or equivalent
  • B2B sales and direct sales experience (1 year preferred)

Salary and Benefits

  • Uncapped commission pay
  • Flexitime and work from home opportunity
  • Income is based upon results and dependant on successful payment and enrolment by the freelance recruitment consultants onto the platform and paid 1 month in arrears. This is based on a Share of Fee model with the sales consultant receiving a percentage share of the fee.
