Architectural Technician / Technologist

With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients’ portfolio specialises in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors, working with major clients.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction information across multiple project stages.

• Develop and coordinate technical design packages using Revit.

• Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to support successful project delivery.

• Attend site visits and assist with inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical queries.

• Support the delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Qualifications required for this Architectural Technician / Technologist role:

• HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology.

• CIAT accreditation or working towards (desirable).

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience within an architectural practice.

• Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.

• Good technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
