Associate Director, Up to £65,000 pa (DOE) 

TPL is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify an Associate Director for the Manchester offices. This is a great opportunity for a Valuation Surveyor looking for a broader role. 

Responsibilities will include: 

• Undertaking valuation work across a range of asset classes.
• Acting as Case Manager on LPA Receivership cases, undertaking due diligence and developing strategic options for value recovery.
• Advising on disposal strategies, including lease re-gears, planning opportunities, and capital expenditure initiatives.
• Working closely with clients and external stakeholders (including solicitors, agents, planners, and insurers) to manage projects and deliver results.
• Supporting business development activities, including client engagement, fee proposals, and tender submissions.

To be considered you will: 

• Be MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer, with a degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Have a good understanding of commercial and some residential markets. 
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office and property/ job management systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence required.
