The Opportunity

This role is heavily focused on new business generation, giving you the chance to build your own pipeline from scratch. You’ll be targeting new clients, opening conversations, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

There is no requirement to bring existing accounts — just the drive to create new ones.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities
  • Building and managing a consistent sales pipeline
  • Engaging with senior decision-makers across a variety of industries
  • Leading consultative sales conversations and presenting tailored IT solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
  • Working closely with internal teams to successfully close deals

About You

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activity
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ambitious, coachable, and eager to progress
