About the Role

The consultancy is looking to recruit Graduate Mechanical, Electrical, or Public Health Engineers to support its expanding portfolio of projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery—from initial design through to implementation and handover.

Successful candidates will play an important role in ensuring the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of building services systems.

Key Responsibilities

Working alongside experienced engineers, responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the design and specification of building services systems, including HVAC, lighting, power, water supply, drainage, and fire protection
  • Producing technical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Preparing reports, calculations, and technical specifications
  • Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated designs
  • Attending site meetings and inspections to monitor construction progress
  • Supporting commissioning and testing of building systems
  • Keeping up to date with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (CIBSE-accredited Master’s preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction
