What your role will involve: - 

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Assent team as an Office Administrator.

You will be responsible for: - 

  • Handling Customer enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Data input and keeping documents up to date
  • Processing quotes
  • Scheduling appointments and diary management of management
  • Filing; manual and electronic
  • Handling, checking and processing invoices
  • Financial administration
  • Account management and providing excellent customer service
  • Scanning, printing of documents and general office administration

What you will bring to Assent: - 

Due to varying nature of this role and busy working environment this client are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated candidates who have a can-do attitude who work will work well in a small friendly team.

The ideal candidate will need recent relevant experience in an office administration role. You will need to be IT literate with all MS office programmes including Excel and Outlook and also have prior experience in scheduling appointments and diary management. Prior experience in financial administration including invoices, POs and order processing is also desired.

Dealing daily with customers you will need to have excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner and ideally you will have experience in processing quotes, orders and account management.
