This is a long-term opportunity for an OH&S professional who can provide ongoing support the development and integrate Enablon, for an organization rated as a top employer in Alberta for several years in a row. As an OH&S professional who is experienced with Enablon, you will be responsible for developing governance to ensure compliance, through general communication, training and responding to individual users through a help desk system. You'll be involved in system auditing to supporting technical development to enhance user experience & engagement.

This organization is an exiting client of ours and there are a few options to how an individual can be set-up to service this need through a contract for services, either as a contractor or employee. We expect the role to pay at least a $60K salary as an employee, with benefits or up to $58/h as a contractor for somebody who's considered an SME. 

This projects is spit into phases where the first 6 months will be treated as a probationary period. If the initial 6 months go well, this project is likely to last at least 2 years with a road map for initiatives beyond that.
