Job Running Architect

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect with a passion for functional design and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to major Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Residential projects from concept through to delivery. 

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role: 

• Collaborate with team members to deliver design work to tight deadlines
• Translate client briefs into creative, practical design concepts
• Conduct site visits to assess context and inform design decisions
• Prepare masterplans that reflect both client goals and site potential
• Produce feasibility studies to support informed client decisions
• Compile planning submission materials aligned with local authority requirements
• Coordinate with in-house visualisation teams to produce high-quality imagery
• Attend early stakeholder meetings to shape project direction
• Produce detailed design work primarily using Vectorworks, although other software's will be considered. 

Requirements for this Job Running Architect role: 

• Experience leading projects, ideally in the Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Residential sectors
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Confident working independently while also contributing to team efforts
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous professional development
• High standards of accuracy and attention to technical detail
• Clear and effective written communication, supported by well-presented drawings
