Architectural Technician

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural practice based in Leicester, who are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to join their Industrial & Logistics team.

This is a great opportunity for a developing Architectural Technician to gain further experience working on large-scale industrial and logistics projects, within a supportive and well-structured studio environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Assist in the production of technical drawing packages across project stages
• Support the preparation of building regulations and construction information
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams under senior guidance
• Assist with planning applications and building control submissions
• Help ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Exposure to industrial, logistics, or large-scale commercial projects beneficial
• Good technical detailing skills and attention to detail
• Revit experience desirable
• Strong communication and coordination skills
