Their portfolio includes managed IT support, cyber security, cloud solutions, backup and disaster recovery, infrastructure, networking, and strategic consultancy.

With a strong reputation for blending technical expertise with a customer-centric approach, they support organisations across a range of sectors in driving digital transformation, strengthening resilience, and enhancing IT performance.

As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a well-established client base and play a key role in ongoing growth.

The Role – Account Manager (Managed IT Services)

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

You’ll manage a portfolio of business clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their IT services evolve in line with their needs. Working closely with technical teams, you’ll help deliver tailored solutions across managed services, cloud, cyber security, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships across an existing portfolio of clients
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services
  • Conduct regular service reviews to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels
  • Act as the main point of contact, delivering a seamless and proactive client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver value-led solutions
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strategic account development

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an Account Management role within IT services, MSP, or technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of managed IT, cloud platforms, and cyber security
  • Commercially astute with a track record of growing accounts and generating revenue
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts strategically
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach
