The Role - Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth and build long-term client partnerships.

In this consultative sales role, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers, understand their pain points, and demonstrate how tailored technology solutions can enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities - Business Development Manager

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads and support wider business development efforts
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover challenges and deliver relevant solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from first engagement to deal closure

About You - Business Development Manager

  • Proven background in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

  • Confident using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
