They are ready to welcome a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is eager to make a real difference while developing their career within a supportive, forward-thinking studio.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assist in crafting innovative healthcare design concepts and producing precise, high-quality technical drawings

• Create engaging 3D models, renders, and visualisations that bring patient-focused and clinical spaces to life

• Support the preparation of planning applications, healthcare compliance documents, and regulatory submissions

• Collaborate closely with the wider design team to ensure projects meet healthcare standards, deadlines, and exceptional quality

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews alongside NHS trusts and private healthcare partners

• Contribute to compelling presentations, reports, and design documents that communicate vision with clarity

• Carry out research into healthcare materials, medical equipment integration, and sector-leading design trends

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Proficiency in Revit is essential

• Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and healthcare design standards

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• A creative, solution-driven approach with a passion for problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team

• Strong organisational skills with confidence managing multiple responsibilities

• A genuine enthusiasm for sustainable, patient-centred healthcare design
