The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new opportunities. You’ll connect with potential clients, understand their challenges, and show them how our tailored solutions can help them thrive.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Book and coordinate meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM
  • Build in-depth knowledge of our services to have confident, value-led conversations
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth sales journey from first contact to closing

  • Proven success in B2B sales or lead generation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team
