Native level of French
Native level of Dutch
Full Professional Level of English or Spanish
You will be responsible for reactivating existing customers’ interest in target products and services that feature in the current marketing campaign
Calling existing or inactive customers to present new products, sending technical information and following-up
Detecting and promoting customers’ interest in products and services
Reporting any detected sales opportunities to the commercial division for closing
Reporting findings and updated information into the CRM database
Previous experience in a B2B environment
Previous experience in a customer service or sales/ account management position
Native French and Dutch is essential since you will work for the Benelux market
A high level of English or Spanish is also a must for the corporate language.
Good computer skills and comfortable using Office
