The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Executive to join the company’s growing UK team.

This is a key role within a fast-paced, technology-led organisation, supporting Account Managers, technical teams, and strategic partners. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from initial proposal through to delivery. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to develop a career in the tech sector, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and process customer orders
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Support client meetings, presentations, and the preparation of sales reports and documentation

About You

You’re reliable, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being the central point of coordination and take pride in keeping everything running efficiently.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operations (Telecoms, IT, or UC experience preferred)
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
