Senior Architectural Technologist / Architect (Revit Production & Revit Modelling)
đź“Ť Location: Toronto, ON (downtown, a short walk from Union Station, 5 days in office)
💰 Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Our client, a leading international architecture firm known for delivering some of the world’s most complex and high-profile buildings, is growing its Toronto team. They’re looking for experienced Senior Architectural Technologists and Architects to produce high-quality Revit construction drawings on large commercial and healthcare projects.
They’re hiring for two streams:
Revit Production: delivering construction drawing sets through the later project phases
Revit Modelling: strong modellers building and managing complex Revit models
Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative team taking major projects from schematic design through construction administration.
What you’ll do
- Assemble Revit construction drawing sets, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections and wall details
- Prepare design development and construction documentation, contract administration materials, Authority submissions and client presentations, with guidance from senior architects
- Stay current on building systems, design techniques, code changes and industry developments
- Deliver work to a high standard of quality, on agreed deadlines
What you bring
- 10–15 years of relevant experience on complex building types
- Strong Revit skills, with a portfolio showing advanced working drawing production or modelling
- Solid later-phase (CD/CA) experience on large commercial projects or hospitals
- Experience across retail, commercial, mixed-use, institutional or infrastructure projects
- Solid knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methods, materials and manufacturers’ requirements
- Excellent communication skills, and you enjoy working in teams of 3 to 20
