Position Overview:

Not only do you get to work side by side with the two ambitious and dynamic cofounders but you’ll be an integral part of the Customer Success Team, consisting of:

● Sustainability Experts: our customer’s Virtual Sustainability Team(chargeable consulting services) and industry thought leaders

● Customer Success: proactive post-sale relationship management- overall experience, renewals, expansions

● Sustainability Support Specialist (ie. you!): customer support + helping Sustainability Experts and Customer Success deliver their outcomes

● Thrive in and contribute to our culture of inclusivity, transparency, humility and a passion for solving humanity's greatest challenge


Key Responsibilities:

● Help make decarbonisation accessible and actionable for our customers by helping them measure, manage, and reduce their carbon emissions!

● Support both our customers and our Sustainability Experts across APAC and UK/EU regions with (not anexhaustive list):

○ Data collection, mapping and reconciliation

○ Reviewing and summarising notes to help determine emissions boundaries and emissions factors

○ Answering back and forth questions from customers during their carbon measurement process

○ Helping with manual back-end product activation

○ Helping with carbon methodology standards research and other ad hoc activities as required

● Support customer success operations to ensure customers are receiving a seamless account management experience (renewals, invoicing, upgrades) through:

○ Managing subscription renewals and upgrades in a proactive and scalable way

○ Answering questions from customers about their subscriptions

○ Updating the monthly impact tracker to account for offsets and trees purchased by our customers

○ Ensuring all revenue tracking systems (Hubspot, Chargebee, and Google Sheets) are reconciled and up to date

● Be on the lookout for opportunities to enhance and automate internal processes and support tools.


Key Skills and Key Qualifications:

● A fast learner!

● Someone with an eye for detail and who is process obsessed

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Background in or passion for sustainability, carbon accounting, decarbonisation, or similar

● Background in or passion for technology with experience in an early stage startup

● Bias towards immediate action

● Resilient, creative and willing to get your hands dirty - this is an agile startup environment with lots of ambiguity

● Proactive at designing processes and finding tools to increase efficiency

● Proficient use of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Hubspot, Cargebee and support ticketing software
