Aztrum is delighted to be supporting a well-established and progressive architectural and planning consultancy in their search for a Job Running Architect to join their specialist team based in Liverpool.

As a Job Running Architect, you will play a key role in delivering projects from technical design through to completion, coordinating consultants, supporting junior team members, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure design quality and delivery standards across the Residential and Commercial sectors. 

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect role:

• Lead the technical design development and delivery of projects across the UK.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure successful project delivery and regulatory compliance.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing detailed design, technical packages, and site stages while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Support and mentor junior architects and architectural technologists, encouraging professional development.

• Ensure compliance with planning conditions, building regulations, conservation requirements, and relevant sector-specific standards.

Requirements and Essentials for this Project Architect role:

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience delivering projects through technical design and construction stages.

• Sector experience within conservation, commercial, education, health, or housing projects.

• Strong proficiency in Revit.

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and technical detailing.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.
