Architectural Technician

We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Worcester that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to support a range of exciting projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a collaborative and supportive team, working across a variety of sectors while developing strong technical expertise and progressing within a growing practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
• Assist with planning and building regulation submissions
• Coordinate with consultants and help resolve technical and design issues
• Prepare high-quality technical drawings using industry-standard software
• Support project delivery across multiple RIBA stages, particularly technical and delivery stages

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or similar
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice
• Revit experience preferred but not essential
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team
