Position Summary

Join a highly skilled engineering team developing advanced power conversion and voltage regulation solutions. This role focuses on designing, simulating, and validating high-performance power systems while working directly with customers to define and support system-level solutions. The position is ideal for a self-directed engineer ready to take ownership of complex projects and contribute immediately to advanced product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop voltage regulator systems, including customer-specific reference designs
• Architect complete power systems based on customer requirements and support design-in, bring-up, and validation
• Create detailed technical specifications and collaborate with design teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Perform circuit design, simulation, prototyping, bench testing, and optimization of advanced power solutions
• Develop reference designs, evaluation boards, application documentation, and simulation models
• Support new product introduction activities and troubleshoot customer system-level issues

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in power electronics design, product development, or applications engineering
• Strong background in voltage regulator systems and analog circuit design
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute complex engineering projects
• Hands-on experience with bench testing, debugging, and system-level validation
• Familiarity with control systems and feedback loop design
• Experience with simulation and design tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE-based tools, and PCB design software
• Exposure to processor or memory voltage regulation specifications is a plus
