We're recruiting for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the onboarding and operations team of a well established financial services company.

You'll play a key role in supporting new advisers and firms joining the network, ensuring applications are progressed efficiently, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with compliance and internal teams, you'll manage applications from submission through to approval, carrying out due diligence, reviewing documentation and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage adviser and firm onboarding applications from submission through to approval
• Carry out due diligence and regulatory checks
• Review, validate and process documentation
• Liaise with compliance and internal teams to progress applications
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems
• Monitor application pipelines and manage deadlines
• Resolve queries and obtain outstanding information
• Support improvements to onboarding processes
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and regulatory standards

About You

You'll be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple tasks within a regulated environment.

Previous experience in financial services administration, onboarding, compliance or another process-driven role would be advantageous, although candidates with strong administrative experience and an interest in financial services are also encouraged to apply.
