Are you an experienced and motivated Construction Recruiter looking for a senior position to drive the division forward? Do you have a proven track record in 360 recruitment across the sector, specifically in Trades and Labour, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our entrepreneurial company and lead your recruitment efforts in the construction industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • As the Senior Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, focusing on Trades and Labour, M&E roles within the construction sector.
  • Drive the division's growth and success by implementing effective recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and expanding our client base.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align recruitment objectives with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job boards, networking events, social media, and referrals.
  • Utilise your extensive knowledge of the construction industry and job market to identify key hiring needs and trends.
  • Offer guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Negotiate and finalise employment offers, employment contracts, and salary packages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments to remain competitive and informed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Construction Recruitment, with a focus on Trades and Labour, M&E roles.
  • Proven track record in 360 recruitment, from sourcing to successful placements.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific labour requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to lead and grow the recruitment division.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to experienced white-collar recruiters with a passion for the construction industry.
