Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit an HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing contracts for all employees and handles all related paperwork.
  • Assisting the recruitment and selection process.
  • Responsible for the HR Administration process.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation.
  • Handling the corporate apartments.
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the orientation and induction for all new employees. 
  • Assisting the payroll department by providing relevant employee information.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Solid knowledge of Cyprus Labor law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • High level organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to use own initiative, prioritize and work independently with minimum supervision.
