Sales Consultant 

Birmingham (B11)

OTE £35,000 - £40,000

We are currently recruiting a Sales Consultant for an iconic family-owned furniture retailer based from their Flagship store in Birmingham (B11).  The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth.

The ideal Sales Consultant:

- Must have experience in face to face, consultative and/or commission based sales.

- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport

- Be confident and highly motivated

- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.

First year basic salary (plus guarantees) never less than NLW £19.8k + individual commission up to 4% a genuine OTE of c£35,000 - £40,000+ (the top 10% of sales people across the business earning in excess of £50,000+)
