We’re working with a well-established and forward-thinking Building Services Design Consultancy looking to appoint a Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) to support their expanding project portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sustainability professional with BREEAM experience who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment, while working on a diverse range of projects.

The Role

As a Sustainability Consultant, you will:

• Deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to certification
• Support the delivery of sustainability strategies across multiple projects
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors
• Provide guidance on achieving sustainability targets and credits
• Assist with project documentation and evidence submissions
• Work closely with senior team members on wider sustainability services

Technical Responsibilities

• BREEAM assessments across a range of schemes
• Support with energy and sustainability reporting
• Assist in the delivery of environmental certifications and compliance
• Contribute to sustainability statements for planning
• Keep up to date with UK sustainability standards and frameworks

About You

• Experience delivering BREEAM assessments (ESSENTIAL)
• BREEAM Assessor/BREEAM AP qualification (or working towards)
• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or similar
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to work in the Milton Keynes office 2 days per week
