We have an exciting new opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our client's laundry services team based at their North West London industrial premises, where you would be a valued part of their service team. 

This role is front line where you would be representing the image of the company, delivering high-quality services, and being an ambassador to their proud customer base. You will be required to attend field service calls, diagnose, repair and report on findings on laundry equipment in and around London & Home Counties. You will also recondition and install equipment as part of the daily requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Attending to service calls, diagnosing, repairing, and reporting on faults
• Identifying and reporting machine & install conditions and recommendations
• Checking & commissioning equipment installations
• Carrying out basic installations of equipment / dosing / ozone system
•  Preparing and testing ex-rental equipment ready to be supplied
•  Routine maintenance visits to check equipment where required
• Maintaining van stock control and updating Salesforce inventor

Requirements 

• Visa and right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Mechanical & electrical experience (Gas Safe preferred but not essential)
• Must be proficient in reading electrical schematics
• Good written and verbal skills
• Personable and professional
• Ability to work under own initiative and time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good work ethic and enthusiasm with pride in all that you do
• Drive and integrity Full UK (clean) driving license
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• 2 years minimum commercial experience ideally
• Candidates from a whites goods background encouraged to apply

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 depending on experience 

Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, ideally you will be situated on the M25 corridor
