A well-established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an Associate Town Planner to join its Cornwall-based team as part of a strategic growth hire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner looking to step into a leadership-focused role within a collaborative and ambitious practice, with genuine scope to influence the future direction of the business.

Requirements
• Chartered Town Planner / RTPI member
• Extensive, well-rounded planning experience
• Strong commercial awareness within consultancy and development environments
 • Full UK driving licence (some flexibility may be considered)

Key Responsibilities
• Leading and delivering planning projects from inception through to completion
• Preparing planning appraisals, applications, and appeals
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members while contributing to business growth
 • Representing clients at planning committees and appeal hearings
