Are you a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking to join a dynamic and collaborative practice? My client is seeking a driven individual to become part of their Birmingham team, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects while developing your technical and design skills across all RIBA work stages.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Support the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
• Produce high-quality design proposals, planning drawings and technical information using Revit.
• Work closely with architects, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Prepare planning application and Building Regulations drawing packages.
• Assist in developing creative and practical design solutions.
• Attend client meetings, design team meetings and site visits where required.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning policy and industry best practice.
• Contribute to project coordination across multiple RIBA stages.

Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• RIBA Part 2 qualified.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design ability and technical understanding.
• Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
• Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
