 £40,000 basic + Uncapped OTE (£70,000+)

The Role: Account Manager- Account Manager – IT / Unified Communications

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across the UK market. Your focus will be on developing and expanding existing accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Working with mid-market and enterprise organisations, you’ll take a consultative, solutions-focused approach — understanding client challenges and delivering tailored communication strategies that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities- Account Manager – IT / Unified Communications

• Drive revenue growth through account development and new business acquisition
• Sell UCaaS, contact centre and connectivity solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers and channel partners nationwide
• Manage the full sales cycle, maintaining a healthy and opportunity-rich pipeline

About You- Account Manager – IT / Unified Communications

• Proven experience selling UCaaS, contact centre or connectivity solutions (e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom)
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated and confident working autonomously while building value-led customer relationships
• Ideally located in or around London, with flexibility to travel into the city when required

The Package- Account Manager – IT / Unified Communications

• Basic salary up to £40,000
• Uncapped OTE £70,000+
• Hybrid working model — predominantly remote with regular London meetings
